  • How do I place a custom order?
    We love receiving custom orders and creating items unique to you! Each customizable item on our product page has an option to “customize”. When you click on that product, you have the ability to choose your design and leave special requests and/or design details (i.e., your lake name) in the notes section. Important: Please make sure in this section, names are spelt correctly as we will go off of this information for your order. If you have any questions before placing your custom order please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at: thelakecollection.orders@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
  • What is sizing like for apparel?
    We offer apparel for the whole family. From infant to adult, we carry a full range of sizes. Please refer to our Size Chart to get a better idea of your size. Please note all sweatshirts (hoodies & crewnecks) are unisex sizing. For a more relaxed fit, we always recommend sizing up.
  • Do you offer different colours of apparel?
    We do our best to offer a variety of colours and styles of apparel! While we offer classic colours year round, we also introduce special edition colours each season - so keep an eye out! What you see listed is what is currently available. If you have any special requests for colours we would love to hear from you!
  • Are your signs weather-resistant?
    Our wooden signs, for the most part, are designed and made for indoor use only. We will always clarify whether a sign is outdoor-safe in the product description. If you have any custom requests please reach out to us at: thelakecollection.orders@gmail.com before placing your order.
  • Can your products be found in store?
    Right now our store is entirely online and this is the only place you can exclusively shop our products. We plan to operate pop-up shops throughout the warmer months should it be safe to do so. You may even find us featured in some of your local cottage shops! Stay tuned…
  • Why is shipping so expensive for some products?
    As a small business we don't make any money off of shipping products. We shop around for the cheapest shipping options and will always offer those to you. The price you see is what these companies are charging us based on size and weight of items. If the shipping cost is detering you from placing your order please consider our pick-up option or having it delivered to someone you know within the GTA. We offer a reduced, flat-rate shipping throughout the GTA.
  • What does pre-order mean for products?
    Pre-order's are typically available for products that we only have a limited amount of stock of, such as Seasonal items and Special Edition products. Pre-ordering ensures that you will receive these item(s). All items will be shipped out as soon as they are received in our warehouse.
